Vice President Joseph Biden said Saturday a ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court in favor of same-sex marriage throughout the country will be as big as the landmark decision in 1954 that ended school segregation.
Biden made the remarks during a speech at the OutGiving conference, an annual event for high-dollar LGBT donors that this year took place in Dallas, Texas.
