Indiana gop congressman refuse to weigh in on controversy...
Most of Indiana’s Republican federal lawmakers don’t want to get involved in the heated national debate over the state’s controversial new law aimed at protecting Hoosiers’ religious beliefs.
Asked Monday whether the law — which critics say would make it easier for businesses to discriminate against gays and lesbians — should be repealed or modified, most suggested that’s an issue for state lawmakers to decide.
