PA school district reaches settlement with students over anti-gay harassment...

A brother and sister allege that their school district did nothing to stop the anti-gay harassment they have have been a victim of, and also they claim the district deny them the opportunity to form a gay straight alliance club. The district denies all the allegations but in the settlement it agrees to appointing a consultant to help create new policies that addresses school bullying against LGBT students. The students were represented by LAMBDA legal.
