100TH PENNSYLVANIA MARRIAGE LICENSE ISSUED TO GAY COUPLE...

The Montgomery County clerk in Pennsylvania has issued its 100th marriage license to a gay couple in defiance of a state ban on gay marriage. Currently the clerk is being sued by the state in order to stop him from issuing any more licenses.
