Target's New Same-Sex Registry Ad

Target has now unveiled a new registry for same sex couples and this new ad promoting it is making its rounds on the blogsphere.

Target has been mired with controversy in the past for donating to a Minnesota PAC that then supported an anti-candidate for governor who had ties to the heavily anti-gay punk rock missionary 'You Can Run But You Cannot Hide' International who leader Bradlee Dean commented how Muslims are more holy for executing gay people. Also, lately the store has refused to carry recently out Frank Ocean's new album, the store claims that it was released on iTunes for a week already and they don't typically sell albums that are already being offered on iTunes, however some gay bloggers are not buying it.

Target though does sell pro-gay merchandise and the like which some of its proceeds will be donated to The Equality Council.
