DOCUMENTS: 9TH Circuit Court of Appeals Denies En Banc Hearing of Prop 8 Case

The court has denied proponents of prop 8 a rehearing on the case. The proponents have 90 days to petition the Supreme Court to hear the case. If they fail to do so or if the Court denies to hear the case, California can once again begin issuing marriage license to gay couples.
