Santorum And His Catholic Hierarchy Are Traitors Who Should Be Arrested

Nobody has ever questioned the possibility that being anti-gay could actually be against the law, until now. Being anti-gay can be a deeply held religious belief, maybe. But according to latest Pew opinion polls Catholics are as divided on gay marriage as other Americans, and are widely now more accepting of gay people and being more supportive of gay rights. So what we gather is that the laity of the Church does not not hold deeply religious beliefs against gay people, homosexuality, and our rights being that Catholics do not agree with the hierarchy regarding this issue.

Believing in Jesus' Resurrection, Easter, the Trinity etc etc... are common deeply held religious beliefs of the Catholic church because almost everybody in said Church agrees with them, while the gay issue evenly splits the Church. I had to reassure you of this because the Constitution of the United States of America guarantees religious freedom and expression thereof, so that means that Catholics are within their right to their beliefs, and those beliefs, according to the Supreme Court, have to be deeply held beliefs, meaning that most if not all of the laity has agreed on those beliefs, and in the case of Catholic Church, being against gay marriage is not a deeply held religious belief. This test was applied to the First Amendment to insure that murder, rape, polygamy were not per say legalized under such premise of being a religious belief. In the Catholic Church the belief that gay people cannot marry here in America is mostly held by deeply conservative political activists and of course, the hierarchy up to The Pope. So this belief we can therefore conclude is not a deeply held religious belief of most Catholics in America and is mostly a belief held by the Vatican operatives and the Vatican itself.

So then we come to the Vatican and a law called the Alien and Sedition Act, which pretty much criminalizes and bans foreign states from taking over our political system here, spying for foreign governments and states and acting on their behalf. What some have forgotten is that The Vatican is actually a FOREIGN STATE. It operates like an independent state or country, with its head of state (The Pope) and a cabinet office, a legislature, has the capacity to make treaties with nations, has ACTUAL ambassadors from other countries (including the US), its own police force, government in the Vatican, post office, even its own military.

And then we have Rick Santorum, a proud Catholic who admits to use his so called beliefs against gay people because these beliefs are not deeply held beliefs as I explained earlier, but these are rather orders of a foreign state disguised as beliefs. Basically he is doing the bidding for a foreign nation, head of state, and government and subverting our laws for the benefit of that State. In short, Santorum has committed treason under The Alien and Sedition Act because he has agreed to become an agent of a foreign state, spread its agenda here in the United States' political system by running for President on behalf of The Vatican.

This is the same for NOM and other front groups who funnel money from the Vatican, a foreign state, in clear violation of the law. Archbishops and Bishops who peddle anti-gay bigotry are NOT, again NOT, doing so out of religious beliefs (according to SCOTUS) but rather because these are orders from a foreign state telling them to engage in the political system, enacting laws (Constitutional Amendments) on behalf of that foreign state. This also a clear violation of law.

Santorum and his elitist Vatican ilk need to be put in the hot seat and be asked these serious questions. But of course Fox News (an operative for The Vatican as well) will not do that, even liberal networks will not go that far. But I will. It is my job as an American Citizen who has obeyed the laws of this land to also call out on those who are violating it. Nobody is above the law. Nobody. And the Vatican has to be held to account for these treasonous violations, and Santorum held to account for his treason against American Catholics, and the Constitution for doing the bidding of a Foreign State.
