Has Congress And Obama Repealed Lawrence V. Texas?

I thought about this for quite a bit before coming up with this unimaginable conclusion: yes, the Congress has indeed repealed Lawrence V. Texas, the 2003 US Supreme Court ruling that has made private consensual sex a constitutional right, meaning that after this ruling the States could no longer prosecute gays for violating so called "Sodomy" laws (you know the laws of Sodom).

You might be wondering: how did Congress do this?

Well, by suspending the entire US Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the powers of The US Supreme Court through the passage of language in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) under which the Executive branch will have limitless powers to detained American citizens without due process if said Executive branch declares you not just a terrorist, but a "threat to national security" and has intentions of "undermining the executive branch and the government" ... Meaning that as long as the President determines that you are his/her enemy you can be detained without justification, warrant, judge, jury or right to an Attorney in any of our fabulous federal facilities around the world or inside the US.

Not only your right to "sodomy" is hereby suspended but all your other rights as well. I might be the only gay guy thinking this, and no, its not paranoia, its reality.

But you might be thinking, gee, how can Obama do such a thing. And, even IF Obama is ALLOWED to do such a horrible thing against law biding citizens, Obama is pro-gay and our advocate...

True.

But, its election time. And there are plenty of social conservative Republicans who would love to declare you and me as a national security threat to the country, and of course we do have long-shots like Santorum Bachmann who would do their bidding (who knows maybe next week they might end up being the front-runners) and lets not forget the most evil of them all and the current supposed front runner Newt Gingrich who has said that he will arrest "activist judges" who wont fall in line with his social conservative and anti-gay oppressive views.

You might think this is crazy... but we are dealing with crazy sociopaths of the right wing.
